Janelle Alexander, Head of Business Development
Prior to Alprion, Janelle was a Vice President in municipal investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where her clients included municipalities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, the City of Detroit, the City of St. Louis, the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Janelle worked on the Kraft Foods account at Ogilvy & Mather where she developed marketing campaigns and strategic solutions. Janelle began her career in the Investment Banking Division at Salomon Smith Barney (Citi). Janelle is 2010 CUP (Council of Urban Professionals) Fellow and graduated with Distinction from Amherst College with a BA in Economics and Spanish.

Bart Mosley
, Portfolio Manager & Chief Investment Officer
Bart has 25 years experience in the fixed-income markets. Formerly, Bart was a Managing Director and Head of the Municipal Proprietary Trading Desk at UBS (2004-2008). Prior to that he was a senior trader on Citi’s proprietary trading desk (1994-2004) and was responsible for the firm's Tender Option Bond program. Bart received a BS in Physics from the University of Texas at Dallas. Bart also contributed the chapter on Municipal Arbitrage and Tender Option Bonds in The Handbook of Municipal Bonds, Feldstein & Fabozzi, Editors (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2008).

Shannan Wilson
, Head of Credit Research
Prior to Alprion, Shannan was a Vice President at The Jefferies Buckeye Fund identifying trade opportunities in stressed and distressed credit situations. Prior to Jefferies, she was a Senior Investment Analyst for Avenue Capital Group -- Asia Funds focusing on the purchase and valuation of distressed assets and non-performing loans. Previously, she was an Analyst in Salomon Smith Barney’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to beginning her finance career, Shannan was an Aerospace Engineer at NASA-Ames Research Center focused on the development of new supersonic technologies. Shannan received her MBA from the Harvard Business School, MS in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University. Shannan also was a contributed to the book Investing in the High Yield Municipal Market by Triet Nguyen, discussing Land-Secured Bonds.

Mark Price
Mark has nearly a decade of public finance experience in various roles. Mark is a Vice President at Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., responsible for day-to-day banking coverage and providing financial product expertise for municipal clients. Prior to Siebert, he structured and marketed municipal derivative products, leading the execution of over $3 billion of notional amount for issuers of municipal bonds at UBS. Mark also served as Debt Manager of the city of Atlanta, overseeing the issuance of transactions ranging from general obligation, water and sewer, airport, and development authority credits. He is an alumnus of both the SEO Career Program and Toigo Foundation. Mark received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Harvard University.
